The Department consists of well-qualified and expert paediatric surgeons having ample of experience in operating children from the time of their birth till teenage for various problems that includes Congenital defects, cystic and solid  swelling/tumors, bowel atresia and fistula, urogenital reconstructions, food pipe defects and nephrectomies etc. The department provides comprehensive patient care with well developed paediatric  super specialties  of Neonatology, Nephrology, Cardiology and Paediatric surgery.

• 8 bedded Paediatric intensive care unit with mechanical ventilators and all sophisticated monitoring gadgets needed for the critically ill children.
• Support of full term paediatric intensivists in ICU.
• Diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic services for the varices: sclerotherapy and band ligation, bleeding lesions and foreign body removal are available round the clock.

Development Paediatrics
